Paver Sealing
Two or three coats of a breathable, water-based sealer in the finish you pick: natural, satin or wet-look. For driveways, pool decks, patios and walkways.
We clean, re-sand and seal driveways, pool decks and patios so the color comes back, the joints lock up and the weeds and mildew stay out. Most Stuart jobs run $1.50 to $2.75 a square foot.
Florida sun bleaches the pigment out of unsealed pavers and summer rain washes the sand out of the joints. A proper seal deepens the color, hardens the joints and gives stains nothing to soak into.
Before: grime and sun have turned the pavers gray, and the joints are open to weeds.

Every job is cleaned and prepped before a drop of sealer goes down. Most of the result is in the prep.

Surface cleaning that lifts mildew, algae, rust, tire marks and irrigation stains without blowing out the joints.
Fresh sand swept into every joint and locked in by the sealer, so pavers stop shifting and weeds and ants lose their way in.
Old sealer turned white, cloudy or flaky? We strip the failed coating back to bare paver and reseal it properly.
Penetrating sealers for travertine, marble and shell stone that protect against stains while keeping grip around the pool.
Sunken, lifted or cracked pavers pulled, re-based and reset before sealing, so the finished surface sits flat.

We walk the pavers, measure the square footage and give you a written price.
Mildew, weeds, stains and old joint sand come out. Plants and pool water are protected.
New sand is swept and settled into every joint to the right height, in a color picked to suit your pavers.
Two coats go down, or three where the pavers are worn and thirsty, locking the sand and the color. We tell you exactly when you can walk and drive on it.
Pavers are priced by the square foot, so a quick measure tells you most of the answer. Condition does the rest: how much cleaning the surface needs, how much sand the joints have lost, and whether an old coating has to come off first.

Stuart Paver Sealing is a Martin County paver cleaning and sealing company. Bringing tired pavers back and sealing them properly is the main part of what we do, not an extra tacked onto a house wash.
We’re a woman-owned, family-run business, so the people who quote your job are the people responsible for it. Every sealing job is backed by a limited warranty, and the sealer is a water-based product sold only to professionals, not the kind you’d pick up at a home center.
That focus matters here. Salt air, daily summer storms and hard UV are tough on sealers, and the wrong product or a rushed job turns white within months. We match the sealer to your pavers and the weather window, and we tell you plainly when a surface isn’t ready to be sealed.
More about how we workMost paver surfaces here do best resealed every two to three years. Full-sun driveways and pool decks tend to need it sooner than shaded patios.
Pricing is by the square foot, usually $1.50 to $2.75 for a full clean, re-sand and seal, and depends on the condition of the pavers, how much sand they need, and whether old sealer has to come off. The estimate is free and written, and the cost guide breaks the numbers down.
As a rule of thumb, foot traffic after about a day and vehicles after two to three days. We give you exact times for the product we use on your job.
It doesn’t have to. Around pools we use a lower-sheen sealer and can add a non-slip additive so the surface keeps its grip when wet.
Usually, yes. Whitening is trapped moisture or too much sealer. We strip the failed coating, let the pavers dry out fully and reseal.
Give new pavers a couple of months first. Fresh concrete pavers push a white salt haze (efflorescence) to the surface as they cure, and sealing over it locks the haze in. We check for it at the estimate and clean it off before any coat goes down.
