When you send the quote form, the details you enter go to us by email and we receive your name, phone number, property address, the job you picked and any details you add. If you call, our phone system records the number you called from and the time of the call.
How we use it
To call you back, arrange an estimate visit, prepare a quote and do the work if you go ahead. We may pass your request to the crew that carries out the job, and to no one else for marketing.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your details or add you to mailing lists.
Cookies and site tools
Like most websites, this site may use cookies and similar tools, for example to show the right phone number, track which calls and requests come from the website, and keep the site working. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
Requests that don't turn into a job are deleted within a year. Job records are kept as long as needed for warranties, tax and legal reasons.
