Short answer: we clean and seal pavers across Jensen Beach, including the streets along Indian River Drive, the neighborhoods off Jensen Beach Boulevard, Rio and Ocean Breeze. Near the water we use sealers that hold up to salt and strong sun, and we typically recommend resealing a little sooner than inland, around every two years.
Jensen Beach is the unincorporated community north of Stuart along the west shore of the Indian River Lagoon, with the Jensen Beach Causeway running out to Hutchinson Island. It still has the small-town feel of its old downtown, but the housing ranges widely: 1960s and 1970s block homes on small lots, newer gated communities, and a lot of condominiums along the river and on the island. Each kind of property brings its own paver problems.

Salt air and pavers
Salt is carried inland by the breeze and settles on every outdoor surface. On unsealed pavers it gets into the pores with rain and dew, and as it dries it draws moisture through the paver and pushes out a white bloom. It also speeds up fading. A sealer slows all of that down, but only if the pavers are rinsed clean of salt before the first coat; sealing over a salty surface traps it. Near the lagoon, we rinse more thoroughly and let the surface dry longer than we would in Palm City.
Condos and shared walkways
Condo associations in Jensen Beach and on Hutchinson Island often hire us for pool decks and entry walkways rather than individual owners. Those jobs come with different needs:
- Work hours and noise rules set by the association.
- Sections closed off in stages so residents can still get in and out.
- A non-slip additive on any deck where people walk wet.
- A written scope the board can vote on, with square footage by area.
Older block homes
Many of the original Jensen Beach homes have concrete driveways that were later overlaid with thin pavers, or paver ribbons and borders added along an old slab. Overlays move differently from full pavers, so we check that they are still bonded before cleaning with pressure, and we flag loose sections on the quote.
Jensen Beach estimates follow the same per-square-foot ranges as Stuart. The written price for your property, or your association’s, comes after a free visit to measure and check the surface.
Jensen Beach pricing
A full clean, re-sand and seal is typically $1.50–$2.75 per sq ft; a two-car driveway $900–$1,650. Condo pool decks with travertine are priced on the travertine and pool deck page, and every line is in the cost guide.
Jensen Beach questions
Do pavers near the water need resealing more often?
Usually a little. Salt and reflected sun wear sealers faster, so every two years is a sensible target near the lagoon or on the island.
Do you work for condo associations?
Yes. We provide a written scope by area, schedule around residents, and stage the work so entrances stay open.
Do you cover Hutchinson Island?
Yes, including the condos and homes on the Martin County side of the island.
