Paver Sealing in Palm City, FL

Palm City sits just across the South Fork of the St. Lucie River from us, so it’s one of the areas we cover most. Big paver driveways, screened pool decks and HOA rules are the norm, and most jobs run $1.50–$2.75 per sq ft.

Short answer: yes, we seal pavers throughout Palm City, from the river communities near the Palm City Bridge out to the newer neighborhoods along Martin Highway. A full clean, re-sand and seal is typically $1.50–$2.75 per sq ft, and a large Palm City driveway with a side-load garage usually lands near the top of our driveway range.

Palm City is unincorporated Martin County on the west side of the South Fork of the St. Lucie River. Much of it was built in planned communities from the 1980s onward, such as Martin Downs, Piper’s Landing, Cobblestone and Harbour Ridge, and paver driveways, entries and pool decks are close to universal in the newer sections. That makes it a good area for sealing work, but it brings a few things worth knowing before you book.

What we usually find on Palm City pavers

  • Rust from irrigation. Many lots water from wells, and iron in the water leaves orange fans across driveways and walls. It has to be treated with a rust remover before sealing or the sealer locks it in.
  • Shade mildew. Mature oaks along the older streets keep pavers damp. Black mildew and green algae come back fast on unsealed surfaces under canopy.
  • Big, single-pour surfaces. Wide driveways run straight into entry walks and around to the lanai, so most Palm City jobs are whole-property work done in one visit.
  • Older coatings. Homes that changed hands often have a sealer of unknown age and type on them. We test a small area before deciding whether to recoat or strip.

HOAs and finish choices

Many Palm City associations have rules about how driveways look, and some ask owners to submit an architectural request before any change, including a color-enhancing or wet-look sealer. A natural or satin finish rarely raises questions. If you want a gloss, check your HOA documents first; we can provide the product name and a sample photo for the application.

Water near the river

Homes on the river and on the canals off the South Fork drain toward water that ends up in the St. Lucie estuary. We keep cleaning runoff and sealer overspray off lawns and out of storm drains and seawalls, and we choose cleaners with that in mind.

Prices for Palm City are worked out the same way as in Stuart. The figures here are estimates; your quote is written after we measure your driveway, deck and walks and test any old coating.

Palm City pricing

Expect $1.50–$2.75 per sq ft for the full service and $900–$1,650 for a typical two-car driveway. Larger side-load driveways often measure 900 square feet or more. Rust treatment, when needed, is quoted as a line of its own. The cost guide lists every price, and the repair page covers sunken spots near downspouts.

Palm City questions

Do I need HOA approval to seal my pavers in Palm City?

For a natural finish, usually not. For a wet-look or color-enhancing sealer, many associations want an architectural request first. Check your documents.

Can you remove rust stains from well water?

In most cases, yes, with a rust remover made for pavers, applied before sealing. Fixing the irrigation source stops it coming back.

How long does a whole-property job take?

Driveway, walks and a pool deck typically take one to two days, depending on size and drying weather.
